Privacy policy

Scope: the lifeeliteperformance.com showcase and messages sent to its contact address. Last updated: 13 October 2026. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; incoming mail through Cloudflare Email Routing is configured.

Controller and contact

Emmanuel GRIVOT is responsible for the processing he determines for this showcase and its correspondence. For questions or requests concerning your data: contact@lifeeliteperformance.com. His postal details are in the legal notice.

Visiting the website

The delivered code is static. It contains no visitor account, form, registration, purchase, advertising, embedded audience tracker, application cookie or persistent local storage. Demonstration buttons use fictional data and send no document to an AI service.

Serving and protecting the website hosted on Cloudflare Pages requires technical data, including IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser information and security events. The purpose is to display the site, maintain availability and prevent abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating and securing this showcase, limiting data to technical needs.

This version of the website contains no audience measurement tool. Technical security and routing processing carried out by the host is distinct from audience measurement.

Messages and Cloudflare Email Routing

Writing to contact@lifeeliteperformance.com is optional. The link opens your email application; the website sends nothing without your action. To respond, Emmanuel receives your email address, your name if supplied, message content, any attachments and associated technical information. Only send information needed for your request.

Cloudflare Email Routing receives the message and forwards it to a private Gmail mailbox selected by Emmanuel. It does not replace that inbox. Routing metadata may appear in its logs, including sender, recipient, message identifier, timestamp, authentication outcome and delivery status. The destination mailbox retains messages according to its own settings.

Purposes: receiving, handling and following up your request, and securing correspondence. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in replying to people who voluntarily contact the project, within their reasonable expectations. A contact email does not subscribe you to a newsletter or consent to marketing.

Recipients: Emmanuel GRIVOT, Cloudflare for routing and technical operations, and Google, the provider of the private destination Gmail mailbox. The personal destination address will not be displayed.

Retention

We retain correspondence under our control for no more than 3 years after the last contact, deleting messages that are no longer needed sooner. This commitment covers incoming and outgoing messages related to the request, their attachments and copies we manage in Gmail, on our devices or in our own archives and backups. It does not cover unrelated personal messages in the Gmail mailbox.

The period runs from the last actual exchange related to the request: viewing, filing or setting an internal reminder does not restart it. For a legal obligation or dispute, only necessary records are kept beyond this limit, with a documented reason, restricted access and a review date.

Regular reviews must ensure deletion no later than the deadline, including from the trash and copies under our control. This rule requires practical implementation; it does not mean that automatic deletion has been configured.

Providers’ technical retention: Cloudflare routing logs, Gmail technical data and any residual copies or backups managed exclusively by these providers follow their own policies and obligations. The three-year limit does not guarantee their technical erasure. This does not remove our responsibility to delete messages we can manage in Gmail by the deadline.

We do not guarantee a uniform erasure period for Cloudflare’s or Google’s internal technical logs and copies. Deletion we perform in Gmail does not establish the immediate erasure of all technical data held by these providers.

Providers and international transfers

Cloudflare operates international infrastructure; data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Cloudflare describes the mechanisms it uses, including data privacy frameworks and standard contractual clauses, in its privacy policy. Google also describes Gmail processing in its privacy policy and transfer mechanisms. Incoming mail uses a private Gmail mailbox, not a Google Workspace service declared for this project. No exclusively French or European data location is promised.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Portability applies where its legal conditions are met. Proportionate identity verification may be requested if there is reasonable doubt.

Send your request to contact@lifeeliteperformance.com. A response is normally required within one month; any lawful extension must be explained and notified. You may complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Website changes

Future registration, sales, analytics or data-collecting features will require an updated policy and, where required, prior consent. This policy does not cover those future uses.
